ARTWALK – The St. Clair Arts Festival & Studio Tour blossoms each year because, many, many people in our community lend their varied talents to its production. They do it on a volunteer basis, filling hundreds of hours of their personal time with contributions to the festival. Many local businesses have answered our calls for help as well.
